While the cat's away: Dalloways and Matilda Kay write up the music scene.

Hello all. I'm over here in Las Vegas on the trade show floor in the Mandalay Bay, just bailed out on a class on creativity. See, I'm at a trade show about creative people called Exhibitors Show 2005. It's one of those wacky kind of trade shows about how to be creative. I was sitting in a class with this bald-headed cosby sweater wearing dude and he thought he was the big cat on creative thinking. He put me to sleep so I bailed...

I love what I just read on the Dalloways and Broken Record Gospel blogs. These bands are getting out there and helping sew this music scene together like it's some kind of granny sweater. And I'll wear it too--so back off! Damn, Gerhard Enns write up on the music scene Friday night is killer. Here's a guy with a Master's degree in creative writing. He can weave words like Kenny Filthy can... ok ok, I am for once not going to bag on Kenny's joke-making ability. I shouldn't act so jealous since I can't tell jokes like he can. Anyway, read about where the Dalloways were lurking Friday night.
