Bakersfield drumline - By N.L. Belardes
A few weeks ago I attended a Bakersfield drumline competition. I had never been to one before and can say “Wow!” about the incredible creativity going into such events. I saw cool Vietnam movie style drumlines, a chef drumline, a steel drum drumline, and more.
The competition was at Bakersfield’s West High. The auditorium was packed with musicians, families and there was the bomb Kettle Corn… oh yeah.
