Bakersfield's Hectic Films has a new site and a new gory film short - By N.L. Belardes
Rickey Bird and Jason Sanders started Hectic Films a year ago. They have a killer new site and a killer new film short that's part of a series they're calling, Fly on the Wall.
They also have an entire page of experimental videos (I've only watched two so far).
Will they be at BIFF? Not sure but I hope so. These guys are just hitting the local scene with their film talent and I expect they're going to be entertaining us with their sadistic moviemaking for years to come.
