Hectic Films, Matildakay and N.L. team up for hockey season trash talk - By N.L. Belardes

Yes, hockey season is here again and that means the Bakersfield hockey blog, Bobblehead on Condors is in full force. This year we're talking bigger, better, and meaner.

Hectic Films will be filming episodes of Zowietown all season. Matildakay will be adding her female perspective from the media zone. I'll be knocking heads with Fresno Falcon and Las Vegas Wrangler fans, if not a few other teams as the season continues, and we're even going to add a special touch from Jen Burke, a serious Philadelphia Flyers' fan who attends their practices. She's a writer with a book coming out titled A Life Less Convenient. You'll be getting a full report from me on her book as I just got an advanced copy. You'll be getting photos and some good smack from Jen throughout the season... believe me, her and I have already had some great conversations about hip checks. Oh yeah!

So the Condors just won a pre-season game 9-1 over the helpless yapper ice dogs. Check out the Bobblehead blog for pics from the game from me and also from Matildakay. And leave a comment if you dare!
