Erin Hosier leaves The Gernert Company to kick it with The Dunow, Carlson, & Lerner Literary Agency - By N. L. Belardes

Erin Hosier kicks it at the Yosemite Writers Conference
I met with Erin Hosier last year at the Yosemite Writers Conference. She thought Cubicles was an interesting title, and Noveltown’s Paperback Writer blog even better. She even called it her favorite lit blog…
Google Erin’s name and you’ll find Paperback Writer sitting on top of the search engine heap.
I keep getting strange tidings though about Erin and Cubicles. The latest word is she lost the chapters while constructing paper airplanes to throw out of high rise buildings in punk shui fashion...
Since then she’s been feeding me her client’s books, including the fabulous Brad Listi of www.thenervousbreakdown.com. I reviewed his fiction work, Attention. Deficit. Disorder. with a rousing, “Go buy this book or you will die!” OK, I didn’t write that.
Listi also gave a kick ass interview. Expect to hear from Listi really soon in relation to Noveltown...
Beginning January 15, suave New York literary agent, Erin Hosier will be with The Dunow, Carlson, & Lerner Literary Agency. While chasing down authors with The Gernert Company, Erin sent a bundle of John Grisham books and audio CDs to support the Bakersfield Independent Film Festival and Noveltown’s Cinema of the Lords. Gotta dig that…
Erin Hosier began her career at The Gernert Company in 2000. She quickly grew an impressive roster of titles that include New York Times bestsellers Smashed by Koren Zailckas and Tommy Lee's autobiography, Tommyland. Hosier represents a wide range of writers with a focus on popular culture, including Andrew Dice Clay, Wendy McClure (I'm Not the New Me) and Brett Paesel (Mommies Who Drink). Upcoming books include Sarah Thyre's debut, Dark at the Roots, and journalist David Browne's biography of Sonic Youth.

I can't wait till Cubicles is a part of that list (hopefully) soon!
Don't get your hopes up. All those paper airplanes landed in a nearby swamp and ended up fermenting and stinking up most of Manhattan. There's no saving that puppy.
I am working on a novel titled Oilhead that may grab someone's attention down the road. Gotta get it finished...
But seriously, if anyone wanted the rights to Cubicles, I'd sell out for some good Mexican food.
Congrats to Erin Hosier on her new Literary Agency digs!
Maybe she's using Cubicles as a 'Punk Shui' paper weight.
I didn't think of that. Too bad the punk shui couch went to a permanent display though...
OMG so that's what stinking up the East Coast.
haha You're so funny.
Thoroughly entertaining article.
best of luck to erin hosier...
cubicles probably suffered the fate of all paperwork "lost" in actual cubes... the shredder! just kidding.
